Dear Mr. McElroy:
I am writing to request a meeting with you in order discuss the plight of
the DOE Sick worker compensation program sub part D. The program is
currently administered by DOE and if the current amendment passed by the
Senate is approved it will be transferred to DOL. As a sick worker, a
group of us would like discuss this issue with you. We feel this is the
time for this program to be fixed. We want our views heard and request
support of our local legislators. Awaiting your reply.
